I am a serial entrepreneur with over two decades at the frontier of digital. My track record spans co-founding one of Italy’s most-visited classifieds platforms, building and scaling an SEO agency to multi-million revenue, and evangelising AI and organic growth strategy for leading Italian publishers and B2B brands.
From writing PHP in Kraków in 2002 to architecting AI-driven acquisition systems in Milan today, the thread has always been the same: spot what’s coming early, build before the crowd arrives, and create ventures with durable competitive advantage.
Linguistics graduate from the University of Turin. Fluent in Polish, Italian, and English — and increasingly fluent in the language of machines.

Brought in as an evangelist to instil a culture of organic excellence across one of Italy’s leading digital publishing groups. Defined the SEO vision, raised internal capability, and drove measurable audience growth across a portfolio of specialist B2B media properties.
Co-founded Bakeca.it from zero, architecting the SEO strategy that turned it into one of Italy’s most-visited online classifieds platforms. Led organic growth from launch through the years when the platform established dominant market position. Remain an active shareholder as the company continues to scale across Italy.
Founded Seolab alongside Paolo Geymonat and Luca Russo, building Italy’s specialist SEO & digital marketing agency from a blank page. As Executive Director, led the company through its full growth arc — from early-stage startup to a mid-sized firm with over €3M in annual revenue and a team of specialists.
Built and launched Hattrick.pl at age 16 — a football media website generating 5,000+ daily visitors. Recruited and managed a team of ten journalists, handled full tech stack, and sold the property to Kompania Piwowarska (LechSport) in 2004. The founding experience that set everything in motion.
